1. Organizer. The organizer is BVS Visions Verwaltungs GmbH, Patronus, An der Alster 6, 20099 Hamburg, Germany. (hereinafter “Patronus”). This competition is in no way affiliated with Meta, Google or any other platform and is neither sponsored nor endorsed by them.

2. Eligibility. Natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Employees of Patronus and participating companies, as well as their family members, are excluded. Only one entry per person and per billing and shipping address is permitted. Registration or participation using multiple email addresses is not allowed. Multiple registrations and participation via different email addresses that can be attributed to the same person, billing, or shipping address will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

3. Participation and Procedure. Participation is achieved by subscribing to the free Patronus newsletter via the promotional pop-up and subsequently confirming via double opt-in. Participation is only valid upon confirmation. Immediately afterward, participants will be notified whether they have won. Participation is free and independent of any purchase.

4. Prize. Instant win principle: Statistically, 1 in 30 confirmed entries wins. The prize is a personal, one-time-use voucher code worth €75, which allows free shipping on one order in the Patronus online shop – the code covers the value of goods AND shipping costs up to a total of €75 (incl. VAT). If the order total exceeds €75, the excess amount must be paid. No minimum order value. The code cannot be combined with other offers, is non-transferable, and is valid for 14 days from receipt. Cash payment or exchange is excluded.

5. Consolation prize. Non-winning participants will receive a voucher for 10% off their first order (not combinable with other offers, valid for 30 days from receipt). The shop’s regular order minimums apply for free shipping.

6. Notification of Winners. The result will be displayed immediately after double opt-in confirmation and will also be sent via email. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their email address.

7. Data Protection. The collected email address will be processed for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and – with your consent – for sending the newsletter. 8. Premature Termination. Patronus may change, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice for important reasons (e.g., technical malfunction, manipulation, legal reasons).

9. Exclusion. In case of violation of these conditions or in case of attempted manipulation, Patronus may exclude participants and revoke prizes.

10. Legal recourse / applicable law. Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Last updated: July 18, 2026.
